Crowd Pleasing Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen cauliflower
    10 oz. frozen cut broccoli
    17 oz. can creamed corn
    17 oz. can whole corn, drained
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. herb cubed stuffing
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower and broccoli according to package directions. Cut up any large pieces.
    Combine two styles of corn, cheese and soup.
    Fold in cooked vegetables and mushrooms.
    Turn into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Toss stuffing with melted butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
