Seafarer'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    4 to 6 servings instant mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    paprika to taste
    1 pkg. French fried onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease casserole for ease in cleaning. Mix soup and vegetables and put in casserole dish.
    Mix mashed potatoes per directions on package, adding the Parmesan cheese. Spoon mashed potatoes on top of vegetables and soup; top with French fried onions, a few dashes of paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
    Can be frozen before baking for later use.
