Hamburger Steak Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
3 sprigs parsley
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Melt butter and saute onion, celery and parsley until limp. Add mushrooms and cook for about 7 minutes.
Add salt, basil, pepper and flour.
Add water and lemon juice; cook slowly for 5 minutes until thick and bubbly.
