Marbled Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine crumbs and margarine.
Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Pour half the batter over prepared crust.
Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter.
Spoon over vanilla batter.
With table knife whirl through batter to marbleize.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes until set.
Cool.
Chill.
Cut into bars.
Store in icebox.
