Doves Sauteed With Bacon Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon
    6 to 8 doves
    salt and pepper
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. sweet Hungarian paprika
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute the bacon until just crisp.
    Drain on paper towels.
