Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice and rind of 2 lemons
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 2/3 c. hot water
3 eggs
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix sugar,
flour, salt; add slightly beaten egg yolks, water and butter.
Cook
until thick.
Pour in baked pie crust and top with meringue.
Makes 1 pie.
