Coney Island Hot Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium chopped onion
1/8-inch oil (in saucepan)
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. water
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Lightly brown finely chopped onion in oil in saucepan.
Mix in chili powder, water and hamburg.
Bring to boil; add salt, pepper, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 1 hour.
