Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast or 1 Tbsp. bulk yeast
    5 c. white flour
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    When this mixture is lukewarm, add warm water and yeast.
    Stir in white flour.
    When dough is stiff enough to handle, turn onto floured board and knead 5 to 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled.
    Punch down and let rise again.
    Shape into 2 loaves and place in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool on rack, brushing loaves with margarine for a soft crust.
