1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
Add sugar and beat until soft peaks form.
Add vanilla and vinegar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold egg white meringue into chocolate, adding nuts if desired.
