Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2/3 c. ground nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    3 c. cold milk
    2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix flour and nuts.
    Pat in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool.
