London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) 1 1/2-inch thick London broil
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    zesty Italian dressing
Preparation
    Skewer meat on both sides.
    Rub garlic and onion powder on both sides of meat.
    Pour the Italian dressing over the meat and marinade for three hours or more; the longer the better.
    Put meat on grill for 20 minutes for more or less depending on how you like your meat.
    Slice in thin slices.
    Good with baked potatoes, salad and garlic toast.
