Oriental Shrimp And Scallions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. peanut oil
1 lb. shelled shrimp
2 c. sliced scallions
1/2 c. canned chicken broth
4 tsp. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

In large skillet, heat oil and cook shrimp over high heat, stirring frequently, until shrimp start to turn pink.
Add scallions and continue cooking about 2 minutes.
