Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
2 c. milk
6 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Brown sausage. Beat eggs.
Mix sausage, eggs and all other ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered, and another 15 minutes, uncovered. Bakes best in a glass dish.
