Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. arm roast
    1 can beef broth
    1 can beer
    1 jar pepperoncini peppers with juice
    salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed oregano and onion salt
    water (if necessary)
Preparation
    Use crock-pot or 9 x 13-inch baking dish covered with foil. Sprinkle both sides with spices (trim excess fat).
    Lay peppers on top.
    Pour broth, juices and beer; cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    When done, shred meat with fork.
    Serve on hard rolls. Crock-pot easiest.
    Use 2 roasts and cook all day.
