Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, onion, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper in a large kettle until tender.
    Drain.
    Put back into kettle and add eggs, butter and milk to desired thickness.
    Heat until warm. Add salt and pepper to taste.
