Broccoli Puff Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut broccoli
1 can chicken soup
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt called for. Drain thoroughly. Place broccoli in 10 x 1 1/4-inch baking dish. Combine soup and cheese. Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and egg to soup mixture, stirring until well blended. Pour over broccoli in baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crumbs are light brown. Serves 6.
