Seoul Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    8 chicken thighs, skinned
    10 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil until moderately hot.
    Add chicken and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
    Add garlic and pepper; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Drain off excess fat.
    In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, soy sauce, honey and ginger.
    Add to chicken.
    Simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
    Serve with rice.
