Louisiana Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin cups.
    Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In another bowl, mix milk, oil, eggs and Tabasco.
    Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.
    Add milk mixture.
    Stir in corn.
    Spoon into muffin cups.
    Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Serve warm.
