Chicken And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, boiled, deboned
    2 hard boiled eggs
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pint sour cream
Preparation
    Cut chicken into small pieces, place in bottom of casserole dish. Chop eggs and sprinkle on top of chicken, add salt and pepper. Mix soups and sour cream together and spread over chicken mixture. Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
