Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. stewing meat (no fat)
    2 diced onions
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 cans tomatoes
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato sauce
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook meat 2 hours; let cool.
    Cut meat fine and return to water.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cook at low heat until mixture is thick enough to spread on buns
    (3 hours or more).
