Spinach Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
    12 oz. (1 1/2 c.) cottage cheese
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, for approximately 45 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 9 (1/2 cup) servings.
