Ingredients

1 1/4 c. wheat flour
1 1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. skim milk
1 c. blueberries, thawed
2 Tbsp. low-fat butter
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients together.
Stir in eggs, milk, blueberries and butter.
Mix batter until lumps are gone.
Put on griddle 1/4 cup of batter.
Cook until browned on each side. Makes 20 pancakes.
