Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) mild or hot sausage
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Melt cheese in double boiler.
    Add sausage and Bisquick. Knead by hand.
    Shape into small balls and bake on cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
