Garlic Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rolled pork roast (4 to 5 lb.)
    4 garlic cloves
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. broth
    horseradish
Preparation
    Make slits all around the roast.
    Insert garlic into slits. Rub roast with salt and pepper.
    Place in roasting pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes per pound.
    Remove from pan and let stand.
    Place pan on stovetop over high heat; skim off fat.
    Add broth.
    Cook until gravy is reduced by half and coat the back of spoon.
    Slice meat.
    Serve with gravy and horseradish if desired.
