*Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in saucepan over low heat.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat; stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a creamy sauce, then add cheese and continue to stir constantly until it melts.
