Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavor
Preparation

Stir all dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Grease and flour an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan or muffin pan.
Turn batter into loaf pan or fill muffin tin 3/4 full.
Bake loaf at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
Cover with foil the last 15 minutes to prevent overbrowning.
Bake muffins for 12 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Cool for 10 minutes.
