Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 soup can water
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper with salt and pepper to taste; drain. Pour into casserole dish; add soup, water and rice (uncooked). Mix well and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
