Peanut Butter Blossom - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. milk
48 candy kisses

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except candy.
Mix on low speed until dough forms.
Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on ungreased sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Top each cookie immediately with candy kiss.
Cookies will puff up and then will flatten around the kiss.
