Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. paprika
4 carrots
5 potatoes
2 chopped onions
1 stalk celery, sliced
Preparation

Place meat into crock-pot.
Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Pour over meat.
Stir to coat meat with flour.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours on low or 5 to 6 hours on high.
