Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp. Oil
1 small Onion, chopped
2 Eggs
4 c. Cooked Rice
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Preparation

In skillet, cook onion in oil until tender.
Beat eggs and add to onion.
Stir until the eggs are cooked thoroughly, but not hard.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Serve as side dish or as a main dish, add 2 cups of diced chicken or ham and 3 cups of any vegetables.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of grated low fat cheese. Makes 6 servings.
