Hot Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 (29 oz.) can pear halves, drained
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 (30 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
    1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
    2 bananas, sliced
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugar and curry powder.
    Heat, stirring until well blended.
    Combine fruit in shallow 2-quart casserole; add sauce.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10 persons.
