Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. plain flour
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix together pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese.
    Place mixture in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover top with cracker crumbs and drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
