Fruit Cocktail Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    approximately 4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
    2 c. heavy cream (2 small cartons)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. walnuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    Beat heavy cream in a cool bowl with cool beaters.
    Slowly add confectioners sugar to taste.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat 5 to 8 minutes to right consistency.
    Fold in drained fruit cocktail and chopped nuts.
    Put in pie crust.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
