White Bean Garlic Dip - cooking recipe

2 15-ounce cans white beans
4 unpeeled cloves of garlic
1 loaf baguette bread
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pinch salt
Preparation

In a medium size pan over medium to low heat, cook beans and garlic until beans are tender, (30 to 45 minutes).
Once beans are tender, remove garlic.
Place beans in food processor, add lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Puree 3 to 4 minutes, then add olive oil and puree 2 additional minutes.
Slice and toast the bread. Spread bean dip on toast, sprinkle with sage and serve.
