Lemon Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
grated rind of 1 lemon
2/3 c. sugar

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together.
Mix in order the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
