Pineapple Refrigerator Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. Grape-Nuts
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 (7 1/4 oz.) box vanilla wafers
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, pecans, Grape-Nuts and pineapple with juice.
Crush wafers to make crumbs in an 8-inch square pan.
Make alternate layers of crumbs and pineapple mixture, starting and ending with crumbs.
Chill at least 8 hours.
Cut in squares.
This can be made ahead of time.
