Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. Danish cooked ham, cut into 2-inch strips
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. dry Italian-style bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
3 green onions, chopped
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Place each chicken breast on a sheet of waxed paper; flatten using a meat mallet on rolling pin.
Place 3 to 4 strips of ham across each chicken breast.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese evenly over each chicken breast.
Fold long sides of chicken towards the center; fold in sides of chicken to center, and secure with wooden picks.
