Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 tsp. butter
    4 tsp. minced green onion
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Slice chicken into strips
    about
    3 inches by 1/4 inch. Combine flour, salt and
    pepper in bag.
    Add chicken and shake to coat.
    In skillet, saute chicken in butter over medium heat until golden and tender.
    Remove
    to
    serving
    dish
    and
    keep warm. Add green onions, mushrooms and wine to skillet.
    Cook, stirring until liquid
    disappears.
    Reduce
    heat to low.
    Stir in paprika, sour
    cream
    and
    Worcestershire
    and
    heat
    sauce through.
    Pour over warm chicken.
