Crabmeat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 bunch green onions, chopped (use tops also)
    1/2 c. parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. half and half
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 red pepper
    salt to taste
    1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onions and parsley. Blend in flour and keep stirring on low heat. Add half and half and cheese; stir until melted. Add salt, pepper and crabmeat. Cook about 10 minutes.
