Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. American cheese, grated
3 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, almonds, salt, onion, green pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice and chicken soup.
Mix well and spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Spread cheese and potato chips on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until heated through and browned.
