Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut together salt, sugar,
    flour
    and shortening.
    Stir in water, vinegar and egg with
    a fork.
    Mix together.
    Put in refrigerator 1/2 hour.
    Makes 5 single crusts.
