Round Steak With Beer Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. beer
    1/2 c. scallions, minced
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. green pepper, minced
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1 1/2 lb. top round steak (1 inch thick)
Preparation
    In a one gallon jar, combine the beer, scallions, oil, green pepper, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, salt and cayenne.
    Add steak, turning to coat with marinade, and let it marinate, covered and chilled, turning occasionally for at least 6 hours or overnight.
