Beef And Dill Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sweet sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp. fresh dill
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. scallions, chopped
8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation

Brown beef, sausage and onion in pan.
Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and dill and simmer.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and scallions.
Place 1/2 noodles in bottom of a greased 3-quart casserole.
Top with cheese mixture, then remaining noodles.
Pour meat mixture over and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 12.
