Mother'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Minute rice
    3 c. milk
    1 rounding c. sugar
    3 egg, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Make Minute rice according to package directions for 6 servings.
    Add milk and sugar.
    Stir well; heat until just before boiling.
    To egg yolks add the vanilla.
    Gradually add egg mixture to rice mixture as not to curdle egg.
    Stir well.
    Pour into a 3-quart bowl.
