Honey Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil (Canola)
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 c. honey
2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
3 beaten egg whites
1 c. strong coffee
Preparation

Blend together oil, sugar and egg yolks; add honey.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, ginger and salt.
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture alternately with coffee.
Fold in well beaten egg whites.
Pour into lightly greased tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
