Divinity Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and vinegar until it stands between the prongs of a fork.
    Pour half gradually into well beaten whites. Let the rest cook a little longer, then pour it in gradually and beat thoroughly.
    Add nuts and drop.
