3 c. chopped chicken breast
1 (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
2/3 c. canned diced tomatoes
green chilies
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can fat-free cream of chicken soup
vegetable cooking spray
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
