Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. powdered sugar
2/3 canned pumpkin
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix well eggs, sugar, flour, soda and pumpkin pie spice and fold in canned pumpkin and lemon juice.
Grease large cookie sheet, then spread mix on it.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
While still warm, roll like a jelly roll in a damp towel.
