Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated squash (peeling and all)
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat eggs until light and foamy.
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then add both to eggs and mix until blended.
Fold in nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
