Chinese Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped into slivers
    4 celery stems, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pt. mushrooms, sliced
    1 can shu corn
    1 can bean sprouts or fresh
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chicken, beef, pork or shrimp, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Stir-fry all vegetables in 1/2 cup canola oil.
    Season with soy sauce and ginger.
    Add meat of your choice.
    Add cornstarch to thicken.
    Stir-fry about 20 minutes.
    Delicious served with rice, sweet and sour sauce, hot mustard and crackers!
